MIK Group Office

One of Vietnam's leading real estate developers, with "Imperia" projects across the country, MIK Group needed a workplace worthy of the standing and reputation it has built over nearly a decade. That was the brief Enter Office answered across 1,200 m², spanning the MIK Group and MIK Home areas on the 2nd and 7th floors of Hong Ha Center in Hanoi.

The arrival lobby was treated as a statement of position: marble flooring, a project scale model displayed in a glass case as a tangible focal point, and a long run of timber battens carrying an East Asian motif that recalls the very developments MIK creates. The MIK Home area continues that spirit with a dark brown veined marble backdrop that brings out the slogan "Living Excellence".

The main meeting room — where strategy is decided — is finished in warm walnut panelling and equipped with two-way video conferencing, alongside a colourful world map artwork spanning the wall, a symbol of the group's regional and international ambitions.
